I came across the Jacka Gowns website when searching on Google for stockists of "White One" designer dresses. I have been nervous about wedding dress shopping and having been to other bridal shops before this one where you aren't allowed to touch the dresses or you don't feel very comfotable, Jacka Gowns was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I walked in Mary made me feel so at ease and going to the shop became an exciting, happy part of planning my wedding rather than a nerve racking one. Mary helped me to try on several gowns in different styles until I tried on a perfect White One gown which happened to be on sale as well! Mary listened to what I wanted and made some beautiful lace straps as I didn't want strapless and they made the dress even more special. She paid attention to detail and made the bracelet strap on the train pretty and beaded. I had to have the lace hem taken up and the alteration prices were so reasonable I don't thnk you would find such good prices or good service anywhere else. Thank you Mary for making my experience so lovely and I can't wait to wear my beautiful dress on my wedding day!xx
